Terms of ordering

Your order

When you pay, we confirm your order by email with a link to track it. Prices include VAT. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Collection and delivery

Please collect at your chosen time from 6 Victoria Rd, Mortimer Common, Reading RG7 3SE. Delivery is available to the postcodes shown at checkout, subject to a minimum order. We’ll call you if there’s a delay.

Alcohol

We sell alcohol only to people aged 18 or over. We follow Challenge 25: if you look under 25, we’ll ask for photo ID when you collect or when we deliver, and the person receiving the order must be over 18. If no valid ID is shown, we can’t hand over the alcohol.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Because food is prepared fresh to order, the 14-day cancellation right doesn’t apply once we’ve started preparing it. If something is wrong with your order, call us on 0118 933 1066 and we’ll put it right or refund you. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
